Screaming Demons…

The group resumes it’s trek through the abandoned mines, deciding to investigate a watery trap and another shaft. Finding nothing of redeeming value in either, they are forced to try and excavate one of the collapsed tunnels. Their attempts attracts the attention of a half-dozen demons – that appear and try to kill the party. The group destroys them instead and resumes excavation. With the aid of Barada’s Lyre of Building they are able to shore up the tunnel roof and reveal a large shaft (feed that kitty) that descends into the blackness.
Feaster descends and reports the presence of a pair of iron golems. The group buffs themselves out, sends Ron’j! into the lead, and they pummel the golems into rusty dust.
Beyond the golems, tunnels that need exploring. They are explored. another shaft leads even further into the mines. This shaft shows signs of recent repair and refurbishment. Again the Feaster scouts and is attacked by a pair of demons. After his rescue is completed, he reports more demons and a pair of helpless damsels chained to the walls.
Freed from the burdens of law and good, the group elects to solve the problem in an expedient fashion and fills the entire chamber with a mist of acid, dissolving all within – and revealing the two ‘maidens’ to be succubi (by the way).
Beyond lies a passage that descends into the depths of the earth. After hours of walking and squeezing along, the group finds themselves behind a large waterfall. Beyond the waterfall is a huge Druegar settlement. Bud elects to scout, transforming himself into bird form and being turned invisible by Dalliance. Off he goes…
Hours later, the flying Feaster still has not returned, so Dalliance tries to scry for the plucky hobbit. She finds him being tortured in horribly horrible ways…
